  1. •3 months minimum on termination of convenience.
  2. •Each package has only one qBot license.
  3. •Gold package has 60 hours of pro-services.
  4. •Platinum package has 100 hours of pro-services.
  5. •Any additional service hours above the amount included in the packages are at $29/hour.
  6. •Evergreen package has to have development done by Qualesce or a best practices audit done by Qualesce.
  7. •Unused service hours cannot be rolled over.
  8. •Additional 10% off for 1 year commit (non cancellable and paid up-front)
  9. •Invoice will be issued at the beginning of the month.
  10. •Net 30 payment terms.
